Improving the delivery of HIV testing services is critical to achieving the first UNAIDS 90-90-90 goal—knowing one’s HIV status. Project SOAR is assessing ways to increase HIV testing coverage and HIV testing yield (testing those who are likely to be HIV positive); specifically, SOAR is determining how to:

• Increase men’s engagement in HIV testing services in Kenya
• Maximize provider-initiated HIV testing and counseling in South Africa
• Distribute and promote uptake of HIV self-testing kits among key populations in Senegal
